Race With Us Foundation has applied for recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization with the Internal Revenue Service. If our application is approved, your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will provide a written acknowledgment for your records and notify all donors immediately upon receipt of our IRS determination letter. At this time, we cannot guarantee tax deductibility.
